Peter Saber
Peter Saber is a CPA and attorney with over 22 years of global experience in complex accounting, taxation, legal, and other business matters. In over 18 years with Ernst & Young (EY), he worked with numerous clients across many businesses, including financial services, real estate, retail, and technology. While working closely with clients, he also successfully developed several practice groups across the globe, integrating processes and technology that changed how clients and colleagues solved their challenges together. Peter has successfully represented clients of all sizes in front of tax authorities and has helped craft tax rules and regulations based on his reasonable and collegial approach to addressing accounting issues. Known for a detailed but practical approach, he is highly sought after for his ability to lead teams in discovering the best outcomes in challenging situations.
Peter also played a lead role in EY’s AI-based efforts as their Global AI for Tax leader, focused on both transforming existing service delivery models and creating, launching, and leading AI-led tax products across the globe. He successfully created and operated unique software solutions and the global teams that supported them. This experience has helped him create a unique and fruitful approach to integrating people and technology for the betterment of all involved.
An avid skier (he built a rope tow in his yard), Peter enjoys spending time outside with his two children. He has lived in both the U.S. and Australia and likes restoring older homes.

Steven Sui
Steven Sui began his tax and accounting career after graduating from San Francisco State University and obtaining his CPA license at a local CPA firm in downtown San Francisco. There, he worked for 25 years with a variety of clients in industries such as professional services, real estate, the restaurant industry, investment management, and the film industry. As a partner, Steven worked and balanced his client base with a wide range of tax, advisory, and accounting advisory services.
In 2010, Steven joined one of his clients as their Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, where he helped managed the company’s growth from a small locally based company to a 50-state national operation. In 2022, after successfully transitioning the company’s sale to a private equity firm, Steven returned to tax, advisory, and accounting services for various CPA firms.
In his spare time, Steven likes to attend car shows, travel, or follow his favorite Bay Area sports teams.
Denise Perrault
Denise Perrault is a licensed CPA with 30 years of experience in the field. She is a graduate of Salem State College. Denise’s role involves preparing and reviewing tax returns for both corporate and individual clients, corporate and individual tax planning, researching tax regulations, and representing clients with tax authorities. Denise is also experienced with nonprofit tax returns.
Denise is well-versed in QuickBooks and enjoys helping clients maintain accurate and up-to-date business records. Denise takes pleasure in providing clients with valuable tax planning ideas and offers general business advice to help clients make informed decisions.
Denise lives with her husband and three children, and she enjoys camping and gardening in her spare time.
Erica Comeau
Erica Comeau is a dedicated professional with over seven years of experience in tax preparation and accounting. Currently completing her BS in accounting, Erica has an associate degree in accounting and is actively working towards becoming an Enrolled Agent.
Erica helps both individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of income tax preparation, planning, and accounting services. Her patience and ability to explain complex tax concepts in understandable terms have made her a trusted advisor in her field.
Erica’s expertise includes identifying tax solutions and qualified deductions for a diverse range of clients. She is particularly passionate about assisting new business owners, especially those in their first year of business.
Erica is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys horseback riding, motorcycles, and hiking. She dreams of owning a farm one day.
Chris Beal
Chris Beal has over ten years of experience in meeting the ever-changing needs of individual, business, and not-for-profit clients. He is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University and has been a CPA since 2014.
Chris is adept in individual and corporate tax preparation and review, tax planning, and representation before tax authorities. He particularly enjoys working closely with clients and explaining pertinent issues in order to come up with the best possible solutions for both the present and the future.
When not in the office, you can find Chris spending time with his wife and two kids, most likely outdoors. Hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking, motorcycle riding, golfing, and trips to the beach are among his favorite activities.
Paul Mullen
Paul Mullen graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. In his 6 years of tax experience, he has worked with a company of 2,000+ employees, a company of 5 employees, and everything in between. Throughout his career, he has seen a wide range of tax clients with varying complexities and planning opportunities.
Paul has experience with both preparing and reviewing business, individual, trust, and other entity tax returns. In addition, he helps clients with tax planning and research.
In his spare time, Paul enjoys golfing, rooting for Boston sports teams, and spending time with his wife, family, and friends.
Dandriel Jones
Dandriel Jones is a seasoned executive assistant with over 25 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced corporate environments. Throughout her career, Dandriel has honed her skills in office management and training, making significant contributions during acquisition transitions. Her ability to adapt and streamline processes has proven invaluable in facilitating smooth operational shifts and ensuring the success of organizational changes.
Dandriel is dedicated to fostering growth in others through effective training programs that empower teams to excel. Her hands-on approach and keen insight into executive needs have positioned her as a trusted partner in navigating complex business landscapes.

Chrishelle Armstrong
Chrishelle Armstrong is a self-driven individual with over 10 years of customer service experience. She has a passion for client relations and strives to assist clients by tailoring her skills to fit individual needs, ranging from a simple inquiry to navigating large life/business changes. Chrishelle also manages operations of the office. She is experienced in handling a wide range of duties and executive support-related tasks.
Chrishelle enjoys live music and spending time with family and friends.
Kate Destefano
Kate Destefano is an accomplished professional in accounting services with a career spanning over nine years. She holds a bachelor's degree in finance and international business from Northeastern University. Her expertise is marked by her ability to assist a diverse range of clients, encompassing various sizes and industries. Her experience has equipped her with an in-depth understanding of the unique financial needs and challenges across different sectors.
Before her current focus on accounting, Kate garnered substantial experience in the financial services industry. She has held significant roles at well-respected firms such as Sunlife and Old Mutual Asset Management. Moreover, Kate's entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish and successfully manage her own small-business accounting consulting firm.
Kate enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children.
Abhishek Kumar
Abhishek Kumar is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in leading multi-functional teams and transforming business operations through technology. Abhishek’s education includes an MBA, a bachelor's in mechanical engineering, and an executive program in data-driven product management from IIM Lucknow. He has a strong background in business analysis, product management, and process improvements, excelling in stakeholder collaboration to meet transformation needs. Abhishek has successfully led diverse global teams, fostering strong communication and collaboration. His expertise spans product development and service delivery, enhancing customer experiences across industries like consumer products, high-tech, defense, and aviation.
Abhishek has transformed complex tax and accounting functions by using AI-based products, managing service delivery teams, and defining underlying products. His unique ability to blend multiple disciplines consistently delivers exceptional customer outcomes.
Living with his wife, daughter, and pet dog, Abhishek enjoys playing cricket, traveling, and watching history documentaries. He holds certifications as a SaFe 6 Agilist, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Joshua Perrault
Joshua Perrault is a technology specialist who graduated in 2020 with a master's degree in business. His expertise includes technology/computers, web development, go-to-market strategies, market analysis, and e-commerce. Joshua combines his technical skills with strategic insights to create and implement innovative digital solutions.
Joshua enjoys exploring new software and technology ventures to enhance his business knowledge. His commitment to staying current with technological advancements allows him to tackle complex challenges and deliver impactful results. With his positive mindset and willingness to be a team player, Joshua is dedicated to supporting colleagues and contributing to collaborative success. Joshua enjoys sports, watching movies, playing video games, and building computers in his free time, and he loves to snowboard when the opportunity presents itself.
Will Conner
Will Conner worked for Ernst & Young (EY) for over 12 years before joining Aardvark. With a degree in Information Systems from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo, Will spent a majority of his EY career within the Advisory practice, helping companies comply with various IT regulations and frameworks (SOX, GDPR, Cyber, etc.). During his last few years at EY, Will worked in the Global Innovation AI group, where he helped create and launch AI-enabled technology solutions across the globe.
Will joined the Aardvark team to help develop robust, scalable processes that will improve the tax preparation experience for both Aardvark’s clients and employees.
As a CA Bay Area native, you’ll often find Will running the trails in many of the exceptional open space preserves in the area as he trains to race in some of the most competitive ultramarathons across the country.
Adam Pappalardo
Adam Pappalardo began his career in 1996 in public accounting. Adam enjoys working with individuals and business owners
specializing in business advisory services, business and trust taxation, tax planning and preparation, and multi-state taxation. Adam’s goal is to assist commercial and individual clients in setting and achieving their operational and financial goals. He prides himself on being proactive and initiating agendas rather than merely reacting to client requests.
Adam is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University.
Adam's greatest love is spending time outdoors with his wife and kids, tracing his deep love for nature and the outdoors back to his earliest childhood memories of catching fish in the ponds and lakes in New Hampshire.
Alexis Victorino
Alexis Victorino is a dedicated Tax Associate based in California with a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of tax regulations. With over 7 years of experience in tax preparation and actively pursuing an Enrolled Agent Certification, she strives to provide accurate, efficient, and personalized tax solutions, leveraging her knowledge of complex tax regulations, strategic tax planning, compliance requirements, and effective risk management strategies.
Before joining the Aardvark Tax team, Alexis spent the previous 3 years with Knight & Company CPA, Inc.
When not immersed in tax codes and numbers, Alexis enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters, and granddaughter. She can usually be found enjoying the outdoors, riding motorcycles, and attending live music and stand-up comedy.
Amy Carlson
With 12 years of accounting experience, Amy Carlson has built a solid foundation in bookkeeping and tax preparation. She graduated from Calvin University with an accounting degree, where she refined her skills in financial principles and practices.
Amy is known for her strong communication skills, accuracy, and efficiency. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that clients receive precise and timely financial advice.
In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons in the East Bay, CA. She loves mountain biking, reading, and solving puzzles.
Debbi Cosentino
Debbi Cosentino is an Enrolled Agent in California, specializing in providing comprehensive tax solutions to individuals, families, and closely held businesses. With 25 years of tax and accounting experience, she has a deep understanding of complex tax issues for individuals, she also works with estate, gift tax, fiduciary income tax, and trust administration.
Prior to joining the Aardvark team, Debbi spent 17 years with Knight & Company CPA, Inc. as a tax senior in the Chico and Los Altos offices in California. She is committed to delivering exceptional client service and building long-lasting relationships
A Northern California native, Debbi enjoys spending quality time with her husband and adult children and exploring new destinations.
Jennifer Kamelamela
Jennifer Kamelamela is a part of the bookkeeping team at Aardvark Tax and has over 20 years experience in all aspects of accounting and payroll. She has a degree in accounting and is currently working towards her CTEC and becoming an Enrolled Agent.
Jennifer is adept with a variety of accounting and payroll software systems and uses her knowledge and experience to work with clients to identify and resolve issues while efficiently delivering bookkeeping services. Her personable attitude and ability to focus on the needs of each client allows her to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
A San Francisco Bay Area native, Jennifer loves creative activities and spending time with her kids and adorable dog.
Leslie Desmond Serna
Leslie Desmond Serna is dedicated to helping clients in a way that makes them feel like family. She has an Associate degree in Accounting and has been handling clients' questions and concerns for over 15 years.
Her extensive experience with bookkeeping and payroll has made her a vital resource at Knight & Company CPA, Inc. for the last 9 years. Leslie is passionate about providing clients with a level of service that has been passed down from her family's work ethic.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, reading, and crocheting.
Dan Dickenson
Dan Dickenson is a committed tax professional with experience at both large and small firms. He holds a Bachelor’s, Juris Doctorate, and a legal Master’s in Taxation from the University of Tampa and Suffolk University Law School.
Since 2020, Dan has specialized in tax compliance, tax planning, and acquisitions,
providing clients with comprehensive consulting, analysis, research, and planning services. Known for his strong communication skills, Dan excels at helping clients navigate complex tax issues.
Dan enjoys attending concerts, watching sports, scuba diving, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Edgar Ortega
Edgar Ortega graduated from San Jose State University with a B.S. in Finance. He started his professional accounting journey at Fournier and McDermott LLP in 2021, where he learned a wide variety of accounting and tax skills, including valuation services and tax planning.
With a background in finance and operational management, Edgar brings a comprehensive skill set to Aardvark. In his spare time, He enjoys being outdoors, reading books, and exploring libraries.
