Eddie Santillan is Vice President of Operations at Aardvark Tax & Accounting. With a career spanning the intersection of technology and service, he focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences. He brings over 20 years of experience across operations, customer experience, and strategy, with a track record of scaling high-growth startups, leading cross-functional teams, and building technology-enabled service models that support sustainable growth. 

At Aardvark, Eddie partners with firm leadership to strengthen operational excellence and support the delivery of thoughtful, proactive tax and accounting services. 

Eddie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the Colorado outdoors and spending time with his family.
